The AKS foldy XL is the reinforced XL version of the foldy family and is designed for a maximum load capacity of 185 kg. To achieve this, AKS has, among other things, adapted the construction, stability, dimensions, and motor power. The hoist features mechanical chassis spreading and is designed for mobile transfers with increased load capacity.

An ergonomic handle and hand control, as well as castors with thread guards, complete the features. However, for a specific provision, the hoist sling, spreader bar, user weight, transfer path, and room conditions should still be individually checked. AKS offers various slings and spreader bars as system options.
