Retrofitting head support when the backrest alone is not sufficient

For longer periods of sitting or limited head control, a headrest can specifically complement an existing wheelchair. This DIETZ headrest with clamp bracket is designed for seat widths from 45 to 60 cm.

The clamp attachment allows for retrofitting to compatible wheelchair configurations without requiring a completely new back system.

Seat width is only the first compatibility check

Back tubes, existing fastenings, height, and desired head position must also fit. The support should be adjusted to provide orientation without pushing the head forward.
