Etac Socky Stocking Aid

Put on socks and stockings more easily and independently

The Etac Socky sock aid is a practical dressing aid for socks and stockings that supports people with limited mobility or reduced hand function in dressing independently. It reduces the need to bend far forward or reach the foot with one's hands, thereby facilitating daily self-care.

For application, the sock or stocking is pulled over the dressing aid. The low-friction material then makes it easy to guide over the foot and heel. The design is engineered so that the stocking slides over the surface as easily as possible while being pulled up. This also makes Socky suitable for users with limited hand strength.

The short version with a length of 40 cm is compact and easy to handle. The long version with a length of 60 cm offers additional reach and is particularly suitable when bending forward or reaching the feet is more severely restricted. The long version can also be used for putting on pantyhose.

The stocking aid for seniors and people with limited mobility is made predominantly of polyamide fabric and is designed for regular daily use. For cleaning, Etac recommends hand washing at a maximum of 40 °C.
