Compact nasal pillow mask with 360° freedom of movement
The Fisher & Paykel Opus 360 is a particularly compact nasal pillow mask for CPAP and PAP sleep therapy. Thanks to its slim design, it covers only a small area of the face, thereby offering a clear field of vision and plenty of freedom of movement during sleep.
A special feature is the 360° pivoting ball joint on the elbow. The flexible tube connection can follow the user's movements, thereby reducing pulling forces on the mask. This is particularly advantageous when changing sleep positions and can help the nasal pillows stay in a more stable position throughout the night.
The anatomically shaped silicone nasal pillows sit directly against the nostrils and provide targeted sealing with a very small contact area on the face. The material is soft and designed for a comfortable fit during therapy.
The contoured mask frame supports the stable positioning of the nasal pillows. At the same time, the design remains lightweight and unobtrusive. An integrated tube guide makes it possible to fix the connection tube to the headgear if required. Alternatively, the tube can be routed freely downwards.
The scope of delivery is particularly practical: the Opus 360 is supplied with all three nasal pillow sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. This allows you to choose the most comfortable and best-sealing size for you at home, without having to determine a fixed size before ordering.
The integrated exhalation system distributes exhaled air in a controlled manner and is designed for quiet operation with minimal disruptive draft.

For hygienic use, nasal pillows, the mask frame, and the associated components should be cleaned regularly by hand with warm water and a mild detergent, rinsed thoroughly, and then left to air dry completely. The headgear and tube holding strap should be cleaned separately according to the care instructions.
