Non-invasive ventilation with iVAPS for more complex respiratory support

The ResMed Lumis 150 VPAP ST-A is not an ordinary sleep apnea CPAP device. It belongs to BiLevel ventilation and supports patients with respiratory insufficiency in home or near-clinical care settings.

iVAPS technology can adjust pressure support to a predetermined ventilation requirement. Depending on the prescribed mode, additional functions such as backup respiratory rate, leak compensation, and AutoEPAP are used.

Therapy device instead of a freely configurable consumer product

Parameters, mask, humidification, oxygen integration, and data monitoring must be planned by a physician or respiratory therapist. The Lumis is not classified as a life-sustaining ventilator.
