Alternating Pressure for Decubitus Ulcer Grade III – with Static Mode for Rest Periods

The AKS saniflow III is a large-cell alternating pressure overlay system for professionally planned decubitus ulcer care up to and including Grade III, according to the manufacturer's specifications.

The system is designed for users weighing approximately 40 to 130 kg. Pressure regulation and variable cycle time allow for more individual adjustment; a static mode is also available.

Grade III Does Not Mean Repositioning Is No Longer Necessary

Skin condition, pressure settings, care plan, and regular checks remain essential. The lying surface dimensions and existing underlay must also match the selected system.
