Powerful assistance for pushing and safe braking

The DIETZ V-MAX+ is an electric pushing and braking aid for manual heavy-duty wheelchairs. The powerful drive assists the attendant when pushing over longer distances and on inclines, and brakes the wheelchair controllably on descents. This allows a heavy wheelchair to be moved with significantly less effort.

The speed can be continuously adjusted up to approximately 5.5 km/h forward and 3 km/h backward. The 24-volt drive offers a range of about 11.5 km and handles inclines up to 12%. The system includes a battery pack with 2 × 12 V / 22 Ah, charger, and control unit. The drive unit can be easily attached and detached; after removal, the wheelchair remains foldable.
